Its constant-current (IC) chips ensure consistent brightness along the entire reel when powered from one end.

Installation

First, size the power supply: 10 meters at 5.8 W/m requires 58W, so use a 24V transformer rated for at least 70W to allow a 20 percent margin, such as a 75W power supply. Thanks to the constant-current chips, the 10 meters can be powered from one end without any loss of brightness at the far end. Stick the strip to a clean, degreased surface, preferably inside an aluminum profile that acts as a heat sink and extends its lifespan. Cut only at the markings, and observe the polarity when connecting. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where can you use this LED strip?

In a cornice, cove lighting, under a wall cabinet, along a staircase, in a display window, or as worktop lighting. Its IP20 rating limits it to dry indoor areas.
