Fifty meters powered from a single outlet, with no power supply to house or low voltage to distribute: for long runs, direct 220V eliminates the constraint that usually affects 12V and 24V strips: voltage drop. COB technology also provides a continuous line, a common requirement in interior design and hospitality.

Installation

Unroll the strip completely before powering it on: testing a strip while it is still coiled causes immediate overheating. Check that the power circuit is not overloaded and has suitable protection. Secure it using the adhesive backing and screw-in clips, with one clip every 50 centimeters. Make all cuts at the designated solder points, never at intervals shorter than 50 cm, and seal the end before use. Ensure the mounting surface has sufficient ventilation.

Where can you use this LED strip?

Hotel coves, ceiling drops, retail runs, counter undersides, walkways, covered terraces and illuminated signs. The 50 m length can cover an entire floor or the perimeter of a room without an intermediate connection point. IP65 withstands splashes and washing, but not immersion or pools.
