Use and installation of the double dimmer module

What is it for?

This TRIAC Double Dimmer Module allows you to control your lights remotely through their switch transformed into connected switches.

How to install it?

Installation is done in two steps. 1. This module will be connected to your wires following the diagram specified in the installation manual. Prefer the location behind your dimmer for installation. You then need to connect it to your smartphone.

2. The connection will be made through the "Silumen Home" app available on the App Store or Google Play Store. All the device’s features and settings will be managed through this app.

How to use it

You have 3 options:

- By turning the dimmer manually.

- By using Silumen Home for remote commands.

- By issuing voice commands via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa

Features of the connected double dimmer module

Dimensions and power

This module to make your connected dimmer measures only 4.6cm by 1.8cm. It can adjust the intensity of 2 dimmable LED bulbs up to a maximum power of 100W each. It just needs to be powered by a voltage of 220V to 240V. The connection range from the switch to your smartphone is 200 meters.

Note: This switch consists of 2 dimmers and a timer.

Wi-Fi frequency and temperature

The WiFi double dimmer module (if you choose this model and not the Zigbee model) must connect to your smartphone on the same WiFi network with a frequency of 2.4GHz. Although its IP20 rating protects it from shocks, it should be placed in an environment between -10°C and 45°C.
