Features of the 1 m or 2 m recessed magnetic rails
Track lighting is the latest trend. Easy to install, this system allows you to easily increase the number of light sources illuminating a space without complicated installations. Indeed, compatible lights clip effortlessly into the magnetic opening along the entire rail.
White or black magnetic rails, 1 or 2 m long
To help you find the models that best suit your planned layout, Silumen offers its magnetic rails in several length and color variations. This model is a white magnetic rail that is 1 meter long (or 2 meters long) and has a power of 12W. To complete the lighting system setup, you will need to add 48V magnetic LED lights specifically designed for this type of installation.
A recessed model for a discreet and uniform look
This model of 48V magnetic rails stands out from others in the selection due to its stealth installation method. Indeed, this white magnetic rail, 1 m / 2 m long is recessed into plaster walls or wooden false ceilings to blend completely into the surface. Unlike surface-mounted rails, recessed magnetic rails fit between two layers of 15 mm plywood each, an installation that can only be done during the partition or ceiling assembly.
Magnetic rails operating at 48V voltage
These 1 m white recessed magnetic rails form a lighting system that operates only on a low voltage of 48V. It is therefore not possible to connect the magnetic rail directly to the power supply without plugging in a compatible current transformer. Order the correct 220V to 48V converter for your magnetic rail on our dedicated page.
Warning: The transformer is not included with the rail. Also note that the proper functioning of our magnetic rails is only guaranteed with the magnetic lights from our catalog.
