How to install the thermostat?
Installing the thermostat is simple and intuitive. Simply connect it to your electric heating system, then link it to your network via Zigbee gateway. Follow the instructions in the Silumen Home or Tuya app to finalize the setup and start controlling your heating remotely. NB In the event of an internet outage, the heating continues to operate with the programming already made on the Tuya or Silumen Home application, including the weekly programming and temperature settings. All operating parameters aresaved locally in the device's memoryand, when not connected to the network, they operate according to the previously set parameters established (2MB FLASH memory and 256KB RAM).
Our product also has a LAN mode. When the network router cannot connect to the Internet, but the mobile phone and RP5 are in the same LAN, we can still control the RP5 locally via the mobile application using WLAN, that is to say the wireless local network.
