An included ZigBee Wi-Fi gateway
The included ZigBee gateway in this kit allows you to connect them to any 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The gateway supports up to 30 devices to let you create a connected device ecosystem throughout your home.
Kit installation
- Before starting the installation of the thermostatic heads, insert 2 new LR6 (AA) batteries into each head, making sure they are placed correctly;
- Unscrew your old valves;
- Screw a smart thermostatic head with universal mounting onto each radiator and use the Danfoss adapter (RA, RAV, and RAVL) provided if needed;
- Download the Silumen Home or Tuya app from the App Store or Google Play;
- Turn on the ZigBee gateway and add it in the app;
- Add and configure the thermostatic head on the gateway interface in the app.
Note: The buffer memory capacity of a thermostatic head is 64KB. The FLASH memory of a thermostatic head is non-volatile and does not lose its data in case of power outage. In case of internet outage, the thermostatic heads keep the programmed modes in memory and continue to operate with the last programmed settings displayed with the time and day on the LCD screen, even in case of WIFI outage.
