COB LED Strip 15M 24V IP20 504LED/m

Solution dedicated to long linear installations requiring uniform illumination along the entire length. With its integrated constant current technology (IC), this 15-meter one-piece strip eliminates the voltage drop typical of classic strips, whose brightness decreases from the 5th meter. A suitable response for corridors, reception halls, commercial verandas, or technical ceilings where visual continuity of the linear lighting is a project criterion.

Technical Details

15 meters of one-piece COB strip, 504 LEDs per meter mounted on continuous FPC substrate. Power 5.8 W/m at 24V DC, totaling 87W over the full length. Measured luminous flux 520 lm/m at 6000K (class F), 510 lm/m at 4000K (class F), and 440 lm/m at 3000K (class G). CRI ≥ 90 (Ra 90). PCB width 10 mm, thickness 1.9 mm. IP20 rating, indoor use only. Minimum bending diameter Φ60 mm.

IC (Constant Current) regulation integrated into the substrate: each segment receives a constant current regardless of its position along the 15 meters, neutralizing the cumulative voltage drop effect. Installation

Surface mounting with 3M adhesive on a clean, degreased flat surface. Power cable pre-soldered at one end; for symmetrical installations, provide power supply in the middle of the strip via an additional connector. Recommended transformer sizing: minimum 100W (87W strip + 15% margin). When integrated into an aluminum profile, verify thermal dissipation along the entire length — the profile must be able to dissipate 5.8 W/m.

Designed for long spaces in ERP and commercial buildings: hotel corridors, office lobbies, technical ceilings in restaurants, linear commercial layouts (ready-to-wear shops, store windows), reception counters, presentation lighting in art galleries. Its homogeneous light without hot spots also makes it suitable for fixed audiovisual production lighting (studios, conference rooms) when uniform brightness is a requirement.
