Is this connector compatible with all 10 mm COB strips?

This connector is exclusively compatible with 10 mm wide LED COB strips powered at 48V DC. It is not suitable for COB strips operating at 12V or 24V, nor for strips of a different width.

This connector is intended for indoor use only, in dry environments. It must not be installed in areas exposed to moisture or adverse weather conditions.

Are any special tools or skills required for installation?

Installation requires neither tools nor soldering: simply insert each strip end into the connector observing the correct polarity, then clip the terminals firmly into place. It is recommended to test the connection before permanently fixing the strips.
