Product description

Pack of 5 recessed 2 m aluminum profiles with double opaque diffuser

This set of 5 recessed 2-meter aluminum profiles is designed for linear installations requiring greater length. It offers a neat integration of the LED strip and a softened light output thanks to its double opaque white cover.

Profile design

The aluminum ensures durability over time and helps dissipate the heat generated by the strip. The opaque diffuser reduces the effect of visible light points and promotes a more continuous light.

Areas of use

This long format is well suited for kitchens, shops, offices, custom fittings, or decorative projects requiring an elegant and consistent light line.

Questions & answers6

Our technical team answers our customers' questions.

Which aluminium profile is recommended for recessed installation of a COB LED strip 220V IP65 on single-layer BA13 plasterboard?

For a recessed installation on single-layer plasterboard, the recommended option is the 2 m recessed aluminium profile for double LED strips with an opaque white cover (ref. BARRA-16-2M), which accommodates strips up to 12 mm wide. Simply cut a slot to the profile dimensions in the board, then secure the profile with adhesive or screws; the cavity behind the board allows the 220V supply cable to be routed through.
