How many wires are required to connect and power this dynamic LED strip?

The strip is connected using 3 wires: +24V, negative, and a signal wire that carries the chasing effect. This third wire must always be continued when joining two sections together.

Can the dynamic LED strip be cut into two sections and rejoined with extension wires while preserving the chasing effect across the full length?

Yes, you can cut the strip at the designated cut marks and then join the two sections with a wire extension, following the direction of the arrows printed on the strip and connecting each wire to its corresponding counterpart. The chasing effect is maintained across the full 10 metres without interruption, provided you use wire of at least 0.75 mm² and keep the extension length to a few metres to avoid signal degradation.

Which 24V power supply should I choose to power two LED strips of 100W each?

For a total load of approximately 200 W, it is recommended to allow a 20% safety margin and use a 24V power supply rated at least 250 to 300 W. A single correctly sized power supply can power both strips.

How can two LED strips be controlled by a single RF controller without overloading it?

A standard RF controller may be exceeded in terms of current when two strips are connected. The recommended solution is to use a signal amplifier alongside the controller: the controller drives the first strip while the amplifier relays the signal to the second strip without overloading the controller.
