ⓘ Note — For 12V/24V, do not connect more than 15 m to a single power supply: beyond that, visible intensity loss occurs at the end of the strip, even with an oversized transformer. Solution: voltage injection every 10-15 m, or use a 220V AC model.

Which LED strips and profiles are suitable for indirect lighting in a cornice moulding?

For indirect cornice lighting, you can use a recessed aluminium profile designed for suspended ceilings, paired with a 24V LED strip available in a standard 8 mm version or a COB version. These strips are available in 20-metre reels and can be connected to one another via specific cut points.

What is the maximum length I can connect to a single 24V power supply?

It is recommended not to connect more than 15 metres to a single 24V power supply: beyond this length, a noticeable drop in light output will appear at the end of the strip, even with an oversized transformer. For a 20-metre installation, voltage injection every 10 to 15 metres is strongly advised.

Can this strip be used outdoors or in damp rooms?

This strip has an IP20 protection rating, which means it is suitable exclusively for dry indoor environments such as living rooms, bedrooms, or commercial display cases. It is not suitable for damp rooms or outdoor installation.
