This downlight requires a ceiling cutout of 74 mm in diameter. The overall dimensions of the fitting are 8.8 x 8.8 cm with a recess depth of 43 mm.

No, this LED downlight is not dimmable and cannot be connected to a dimmer switch. It operates on a simple on/off basis on a 220-240V AC mains supply.
