At what intervals can the 24V dynamic LED strip be cut?

This LED strip can be cut every 12.5 cm.

Does the SPI LED strip controller retain the last mode in memory when switched off via the mains switch?

No, if you switch off the LED strip by cutting the power supply via the mains switch, the controller does not retain your settings. For the last scene to be saved, you must switch off the strip using the supplied remote control only.

What power rating should the 24V power supply have to run the 10 metres of LED strip?

The strip consumes 10 W per metre, giving a total of 100 W for 10 metres. It is recommended to use a 24V DC power supply rated at least 110 to 120 W in order to allow a safety margin and ensure a stable power supply.
