Product description

This 1m Aluminum Profile for LED Strip with Opaque White Cover is an accessory for your 12V or 24V LED strip. It consists of an aluminum bar, an opaque white cover, and mounting brackets.

Installation is very simple. Just:

1. Clip the mounting brackets onto the back of the profile.

2. Slide the LED strip into the profile.

3. Close the ends of the profile.

For accent, marker, or decorative lighting, combining an LED strip with a profile is an essential solution. It protects the LEDs from dust and provides a more attractive, elegant finish.

Which LED strips are incompatible with this profile?

This profile is not compatible with 220V 2835 double-row LED strips or with 5050 LED strips. It is designed to accommodate 12V or 24V LED strips.

Can this profile be surface-mounted, or does it need to be recessed?

This profile is intended for surface mounting. It comes supplied with clip-on fixing brackets that attach to the back of the profile to secure it to the desired surface.

Does the opaque cover significantly reduce the brightness of the LED strip?

The white opaque cover provides a more even light diffusion without reducing the luminous intensity of the LED strip. It delivers a uniform, aesthetic finish while protecting the LEDs from dust.

Which LED strips is this profile compatible with?

This profile is compatible with 12V and 24V LED strips, as well as with 220V 2835 single-row LED strips. It is not, however, compatible with 220V 2835 double-row LED strips or with 5050 LED strips.

What are the internal dimensions of the profile that I should check before inserting my LED strip?

The profile is 100 cm long, with an internal width of 1.3 cm and a depth of 1.2 cm. Please ensure that the width of your LED strip is less than 1.3 cm before placing your order.
