Which bulbs are compatible with this fitting?

This fitting accepts GU10 base bulbs (220V) and MR16 bulbs with a GU5.3 base (12V), which are inserted from the front of the fitting. Bulbs are not included with the product.

What are the dimensions of the cut-out required in the ceiling?

The recessed cut-out required measures 290 x 105 mm. The depth of the fitting is 4.5 cm, which should also be taken into account before installation.

No, this fitting has an IP20 protection rating, which means it is intended for use in dry indoor environments only, away from any water spray.
