Ce connecteur est-il compatible avec tous mes rubans LED 10mm monocolores ?

Ce connecteur est compatible avec tous les rubans LED monocolores d'une largeur de 10mm, qu'ils fonctionnent en 12V ou en 24V. Vérifiez bien la largeur de votre ruban avant installation, car ce connecteur n'est pas adapté aux rubans de largeur différente.

Peut-on l'utiliser dans une salle de bain ou en extérieur ?

Avec un indice de protection IP20, ce connecteur est réservé aux environnements intérieurs secs et ne convient pas aux pièces humides comme les salles de bain, ni aux installations extérieures. Il résiste aux corps solides mais reste sensible à l'humidité.

Faut-il des outils spéciaux pour installer ce connecteur ?

Aucun outil spécialisé n'est nécessaire : il vous suffit d'ouvrir les clapets, d'insérer les extrémités du ruban LED, puis de refermer les clapets pour assurer la connexion. Si les broches de contact ne s'alignent pas parfaitement avec les pistes cuivrées de votre ruban, vous pouvez les écarter légèrement avec une pince.
