15M 24V IP20 504LED/m COB LED Strip

A solution designed for long linear installations requiring uniform illumination along the full length. With its integrated constant-current technology (IC), this 15-meter strip in a single continuous length eliminates the voltage drop typical of conventional strips, where brightness begins to decrease from the fifth meter. A suitable solution for corridors, reception halls, retail walkways, or technical ceilings where visual continuity along the lighting line is a project requirement.

Technical details

15 meters of COB strip in a single piece, with 504 LEDs per meter mounted on a continuous FPC substrate. Power: 5.8 W/m at 24V DC, or 87W over the full length. Measured luminous flux: 520 lm/m at 6000K (class F), 510 lm/m at 4000K (class F), and 440 lm/m at 3000K (class G). CRI ≥ 90 (Ra 90). PCB width: 10 mm, thickness: 1.9 mm. IP20 rating, for indoor use only. Minimum bend diameter Φ60 mm.

Features

IC regulation (constant current) integrated into the substrate: each segment receives a constant current regardless of its position along the 15 meters, eliminating the cumulative voltage drop effect. TRIAC and PWM dimming compatibility. Flicker-free operation. ErP compliance (EU) 2019/2020, CE and RoHS certifications. Rated lifespan of 30,000 hours, 3-year commercial warranty.

Installation

Surface-mounted using 3M adhesive on a clean, degreased, flat surface. Power cable pre-soldered at one end; for symmetrical installations, allow for a power supply at the midpoint of the strip via an additional connector. Recommended transformer sizing: 100W minimum (87W strip + 15% margin). If installing in an aluminum profile, verify heat dissipation along the full length—the profile must be able to dissipate 5.8 W/m.

Professional applications

Designed for long spaces in commercial, public-access and service-sector buildings: hotel corridors, office lobbies, technical ceilings in restaurants, linear retail fit-outs (clothing stores, shop windows), reception counters, and display lighting in art galleries. Its uniform light with no hotspots also makes it suitable for lighting fixed audiovisual production spaces (studios, conference rooms) where uniform brightness is essential.
