Directional lighting solution designed for outdoor architectural installations. Unlike conventional flexible neon lights with 120° diffusion, this model delivers a focused 30° beam that creates a pronounced wall-grazing effect, ideal for highlighting a façade, accentuating a building edge, or creating a distinctive linear lighting feature. The molded silicone construction, resistant to UV, salt water, and flames, ensures lasting performance in permanent outdoor exposure.

Technical details

5 meters of flexible silicone neon, with a 30° beam angle designed for wall grazing. Power: 16.2 W/m at 24V DC, or 81W over the full length. Luminous flux: 1,180 lm/m at 6000K, totaling 5,900 lm over 5 meters. SMD2835 LED sources mounted on an encapsulated rigid PCB. CRI ≥ 90 (Ra 90), energy class G. Dimensions: 16 × 16.5 mm. IP65 rating, with UV, seawater, and fire resistance certified by CE and RoHS.

Features

3D bending along all three axes with a minimum bend diameter of Φ200 mm—a feature not available with classic neon lights, which are limited to bending in a single plane. This allows it to follow complex architectural edges (curved cornices, rounded balconies, 3D signage). Operating range: -20°C to +45°C, suitable for European climates when used outdoors. Flicker-free operation. Complies with ErP (EU) 2019/2020. Rated lifespan of 30,000 hours, with a 3-year warranty.

Installation

Install using the supplied metal clips, secured to the mounting surface every 25 cm, or by fitting into a dedicated 16×16 mm aluminum profile. Insert into the profile at an angle of less than 15° to protect the integrity of the silicone casing. Can be cut at the designated marks in two steps (cut the casing, then cut the PCB). End caps and connection accessories must be ordered separately based on the number of cuts planned on site.

Designed for exterior architectural enhancement projects: commercial building façades, window and door frames, roof fascia accents, and the edges of communal swimming pools (not for underwater use). Also suitable for 3D illuminated signs, premium outdoor signage, and permanent event installations. Indoors, ideal for highlighting exposed beams, defining reception areas, or outlining suspended decorative structures.
