Quelle est la différence entre un ruban LED 24V DC avec transformateur et un ruban LED 220V à branchement direct ?

Le ruban LED 24V DC nécessite un transformateur pour fonctionner, tandis que le ruban LED 220V se branche directement au secteur via les deux fils en bout de ruban (phase et neutre), sans alimentation supplémentaire.

Peut-on prolonger un ruban LED 50M en ajoutant une section supplémentaire sur la même alimentation ?

Il n'est pas conseillé de dépasser 50 mètres sur une même alimentation. Pour une longueur supérieure, il est recommandé de réaliser deux branchements distincts avec deux transformateurs.

Non, ce transformateur n'est pas compatible avec un variateur. Si votre installation nécessite une fonction de gradation, vous devez prévoir une alimentation dédiée de type dimmable.
