AC/DC converter for professional LED installations: regulated 12V DC output from a 220-240V mains supply, with a maximum power of 60W.

Technical details

Input voltage 220-240V (50-60Hz), output voltage 12V DC, maximum current 05:00:00. Plastic housing, IP44 protection rating (protected against water splashes), dimensions 22 x 4,1 x 3 cm. CE & RoHs certified, 2-year warranty.

Features

Built-in short-circuit and overload protection, EMC filter (electromagnetic compatibility), stabilized output, and high efficiency to limit heat buildup. 100% full-load factory test (burn-in).

Installation

Size the load at 80% of the rated power to preserve the service life. 220-240V mains input, 12V output to the LED circuit; to be installed by a professional.

Quelle longueur de ruban LED 12V puis-je connecter sur ce transformateur ?

Ce transformateur délivre 60W sous 12V, mais il est recommandé de ne pas dépasser 80% de sa capacité, soit 48W de charge utile, afin de préserver sa durée de vie. Calculez la consommation totale de vos rubans LED 12V et veillez à rester sous ce seuil.

Ce transformateur est-il compatible avec un variateur (dimmer) ?

Non, ce transformateur n'est pas dimmable : il délivre une tension de sortie fixe de 12V continu et n'est pas conçu pour être associé à un variateur de tension ou de phase.

Peut-on installer ce transformateur dans un local humide ou en extérieur ?

Avec un indice de protection IP44, ce boîtier est protégé contre les projections d'eau dans toutes les directions, ce qui le rend adapté à une installation intérieure en zone humide (salle de bain hors volume 0 et 1, local technique). Il n'est pas prévu pour une exposition directe aux intempéries en extérieur non abrité.
