Using and installing the double dimmer module
What is it for?
This TRIAC double dimmer module lets you control your lights remotely using their switches, transformed into smart switches.
How do you install it?
L'installation takes place in two steps.1. This module must be connected to your wires according to the diagram specified in the installation instructions. For installation, choose a location behind your dimmer. You then need to connect it to your smartphone.
2. The connection is made through the "Silumen Home" app, available on the App Store or Google Play Store. All the device's features and settings are accessed through this app.
How do you use it?
You have 3 options:
- By turning the dimmer with your hands.
- By using Silumen Home for remote control.
- By issuing voice commands via Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa
Features of the smart double dimmer module
Dimensions and power
This module to make your dimmer smart measures just 4.6 cm by 1.8 cm. It can adjust the brightness of 2 dimmable LED bulbs, with a maximum total power of 100 W across both outputs. Simply power it with a voltage of 220 V to 240 V. The switch has a connection range of 200 meters to your smartphone.
NB: This switch consists of 2 dimmers and a timer.
Wi-Fi frequency and temperature
The double WiFi dimmer module must connect to your smartphone on the same 2.4 GHz WiFi network. Although its IP20 rating protects it from impacts, it must be placed in an environment between -10°C and 45°C.
