A High-Performance Transformer
Safe, it performs its transformer function while protecting your light fixture from any overload. This transformer is compatible with the 12V LED Strip but not limited to it. You can use it with any device operating at 12V and not exceeding 100W of power.
Multiple Features
This transformer includes automatic protections against overvoltage (255 Volts), overload up to +20%, short circuits with automatic recovery, and high temperature (up to 45° ambient temperature and 80° storage surface temperature).
Use and Installation of the 12V Transformer
This 220V to 12V LED transformer has an IP20 protection rating, so it is strongly recommended to use it indoors in a dry, moisture-free area. It can operate for more than 25,000 hours if installed in a suitable environment. Connect the power wires of your strip to those of the transformer. To do this, connect the positive terminals together (usually black) and the positive terminals together (red). Make sure to use the correct cable gauges.
