2M M05 Magnetic Rail Surface-Mounted/Suspended 48V

200.0 cm length version of the 48V DC power profile for surface-mounted or suspended installation. Particularly suited for continuous lighting lines in boutiques, retail spaces, and high-end commercial environments, this rail forms the base of the modular M05 system.

Features

The strong magnetism integrated into the profile allows fixtures to be clipped and moved without any tools or electrical intervention. Contact is made by magnetic pressure on the conductive tracks, allowing for an almost unlimited number of removal/insertion cycles without mechanical wear. Multiple rails can be connected in line, at angles, in T or X configurations via dedicated connectors.

Installation

Mount the rail on the ceiling using the M05 quick-fix clips, or suspend it using the compatible cable kit. Connect the free end to the power module, which is itself connected to the 48V DC transformer. Commissioning must be performed by a qualified electrician: no direct 230V connection is required on the rail itself.
