Double Flush-Mount Box for 60mm Deep Partitions

Standard double version of the drywall box: two cylindrical compartments side by side at the European spacing, designed to directly install switch+socket combinations or double sockets without manually coupling two single boxes.

Technical Details

Internal width 133 mm, internal height 68 mm. External dimensions 144 x 73 x 45 mm (internal depth 42 mm). Orange polypropylene (PP) material, temperature range -5°C to +60°C. Standardized spacing between the two compartments.

Features

Spacing complies with the European standard: allows installation of a double finishing plate with a single frame instead of two. Integrated claw tabs, removable knockouts for wiring. Mechanically and thermally resistant polypropylene for demanding construction sites. Fully compatible with standard 60 mm mechanisms.

Installation

Cut an opening measuring 144 x 73 mm in the plasterboard partition. Insert the box and tighten the claw tab screws. The two mechanisms (switch + socket, double switch, double socket) are then fixed in their respective compartments.
