Flexible LED Wall Washer 5M 24V 16W/m IP65 Cool White 6000K

Directional lighting solution designed for outdoor architectural installations. Unlike traditional flexible neon lights with a 120° diffusion, this model delivers a narrow 30° beam producing a pronounced wall-washing effect, ideal for highlighting a facade, marking a building edge, or creating a linear light signature. The UV-resistant, saltwater-resistant, and flame-resistant molded silicone construction ensures long-lasting performance in permanent outdoor exposure.

Technical Details

5 meters of flexible silicone neon, 30° beam angle projected as a wall washer. Power 16.2 W/m at 24V DC, totaling 81W over the full length. Luminous flux 1180 lm/m at 6000K, total 5900 lm over 5 meters. SMD2835 LED sources mounted on rigid encapsulated PCB. CRI ≥ 90 (Ra 90), energy class G. Section 16 × 16.5 mm. IP65 rating, UV, seawater, and fire resistance certified by CE and RoHs.

Features

3D bending on three axes with a minimum bending diameter of Φ200 mm — a feature absent from classic neon lights limited to planar bending. This property allows following complex architectural edges (curved cornices, rounded balconies, 3D signage). Operating range -20°C to +45°C covering European climates in outdoor exposure. Flicker-free operation. ErP (EU) 2019/2020 compliance. Rated lifespan 30,000 hours, 3-year warranty.

Installation

Installation using supplied metal clips, to be fixed every 25 cm on the supporting surface, or by integration into an aluminum profile dedicated to the 16×16 mm format. Insertion into the profile at an angle less than 15° to preserve the integrity of the silicone sheath. Cutting possible at marked points, in two steps (sheath incision then PCB sectioning). End caps and connection accessories to be ordered separately depending on the number of cuts planned on site.
